As Barista at Alowishus you will be responsible for
- hand-crafting consistently delicious coffee and other hot beverages (latte art is a must)
- ensuring that all beverages are made within the fastest possible time
- ensuring coffee making area is clean and presentable at all times
- engaging with customers while they wait for their orders
- serving gelato
- clearing tables at lightning speed
- cleaning and restocking coffee and gelato area at the end of your shift
We’d love to hear from people with
- a minimum of 1-year experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume cafe as a barista
- great passion for people and making exceptional coffee
- high levels of energy and enthusiasm
- strong organisational and interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team of responsible, passionate & committed people
- a drive to continuously expand their skills and knowledge to further their career as a barista
