What’s the earliest/latest I can order?
We do appreciate as much time as possible, however our online ordering cuts off at 1pm daily for next day pick up or delivery.
You can order for pick between 8am-1pm, however the stores are open until 4pm if you are running late.
Please note HOT FOOD can only be kept at temperature for 2 hours.
An earlier pick may be accommodated with prior arrangement, please call your local Store Bundaberg 07) 4154 2233 Maryborough 07) 4302 8631 and select Option 2.
What if I’ve missed the cut off time for next day ordering?
If it’s after 1.30pm and you need an order for tomorrow, please call your nearest store and we will try and help you out if we can.

How can I pay
We accept all major credit cards including AMEX. We also offer a 7 day account for pre-approved ABN holders. Please create a new account here and then email us with your name and the company name and we will review your application for a 7 day account.
Can I get a copy of my invoice?
- Once the pickup/delivery time has passed, invoices are automatically emailed to the email address supplied at order time.
- If you require an invoice prior to this time, log into your account and navigate to ‘my orders’. Here you can and quickly download a copy.

Do you deliver, and is there a charge?
We do offer delivery on weekdays from 7am to 2pm for the following rate:
- Postcode 4670 – $44 (free for orders over $750)
- Postcode 4650 – $44 (free for orders over $750)
- Postcode 4655 – $150
- Postcode 4660 – $150
- Postcode 4671 – $150
Delivery is available on weekends. Delivery needs to be pre-arranged for minimum orders of $500 Saturdays and $600 Sundays, the following rates apply:
- Postcode 4670 – $55 Saturday | $65 Sunday
- Postcode 4650 – $55 Saturday | $65 Sunday
- Postcode 4655 – $175 Saturday | $200 Sunday
- Postcode 4660 – $175 Saturday | $200 Sunday
- Postcode 4671 – $175 Saturday | $200 Sunday
Can I get delivery on a Saturday?
Minimum order for delivery on a Saturday is $500, Saturday delivery fee is $50 (within 15km of CBD). Orders under $500 can be picked up from our Bundaberg and Maryborough Stores.
How do I know how much is in each platter?
If you click on the product, you will then come to a drop down bar displaying how many items you receive in the small and large platters and the price of each platter.
Can I order catering/delivery on a Sunday?
Sunday orders require pre-arrangement. The minimum order amount for a Sunday is $600, Sunday delivery fee is $60 (within 15km of CBD) or orders can be collected from our Bundaberg and Maryborough Stores.
Can I pick up my catering later than 9am on a Saturday?
Yes, you can collect your catering anytime before closing. Click here for current closing times.
Do you do onsite catering eg sit down dinner at a private venue?
Alowishus is not licensed to prepare and serve food offsite. In Maryborough functions that require a sit-down meal could be hosted at the Cafe with prior arrangement. Contact the store manager directly to speak about this after hours option (07) 4302 8631 Option #1. In Bundaberg, we have a sister restaurant, Bert’s which has a dedicated function space.

How is the catering packaged?
We provide ready to use, biodegradable and recyclable platters. All you will need to do is remove the lid and your catering is ready to serve to your guests.

Do you provide quotes?
If you need a quote, you can simply select the platters you want and place them into the “shopping cart” this will give you the total price. You can then add and subtract products until you reach the budget you are working with.

We provide ready to use disposable platters, all you will need to do is remove the lid and your catering is ready to serve to your guests.
Do you offer products other than what is displayed online?
No we don’t, we only offer what is shown on our website.
What are foodie points and how do I redeem them?
Foodie points are generated each time you place an online order with us to give you a discount when you order in the future with us. You can use them each time you order or save them up for a larger order.
To redeem your foodie points there is a button ‘apply discount’ at the top of the billing details section, it will then ask you how many you would like to use for this order. You will need to be logged into your account to use them.
How much time in advance do I need to place my order?
We ask that you place your order 48 hours in advance, as we make everything in store some items may need time to be baked etc.
What If I need to place an order in less than 48 hours?
If you need to place an order with less than 48 hours notice, please give us a quick phone call to let us know what items you would like to order and we will let you know if we can make the order in that time.
How do I know if I have placed my order correctly online?
You will receive a confirmation email from us.

What if I don’t want to pay online and need an invoice?
If you don’t want to pay using credit card or PayPal when ordering you can select the ‘Bank Transfer’ option and this will send you an invoice to the email address you have entered.
