As a chef at Alowishus you will be responsible for
- super fast processing of food orders
- providing creative input into product design and presentation
- handcrafting catering platters to our high standards
- ensuring great product quality and customer satisfaction
- ensuring consistency of product, while working in a fast and efficient manner
- ensuring compliance with Workplace Health & Safety standards
- stock control and ordering
- continuously looking for ways to improve our products and efficiency
We’d love to hear from people with
- a strong passion for food and an eye for great presentation
- a good understanding for current and upcoming food trends
- a positive attitude and the willingness to always encourage and motivate team members to achieve a desired outcome
- a minimum of 1-year experience working in a fast-paced, high volume kitchen
- high levels of energy & enthusiasm
- Strong organisational and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a team who are responsible, passionate and committed
- the willingness to contribute innovative ideas that will help us improve our products and customer experience
- a strong desire to grow continuously, both on a personal and professional level
